Does this mean you aren't going to be able to pick up your five new OTTBs? Oh no! Start diggin' that trailer out of the drift immediately! You must get going! Yes, Michigan DOES suck. I agree. So does Ohio and Saskatchawan... (sp?)

Good luck excavating your trailer. We had a mini-blizzard this morning..AGAIN and temps are going DOWWWN big time. But hey, Spring isd just around the corner, right?!!!!! :bang:

Tried to dig it out :bang: The is so much snow and even if we coud it would put us so behind schedule, Beth and I both had only a small window to do this now our next opportunity isn't untill 25th - 26th . If he is still there then though I know it was meant to be. The AAA says roads a very bad and don't advise traveling either and it is supposed to be the same tomorrow which is different then what they said yesterday. :curse:

You know, GD, since you're buying a whole TRUCKLOAD of horses, I'm sure one of those commercial haulers would give you a bulk rate. Can you say 1-800-CULVER?!  I'm sorry, it's not funny. It has to be spring eventually, right? Say "hi" to my friend Stacy when you get to FL. She's homeless and jobless and I'm sure would love to groom (she's a pro) for a camper space on the farm and scraps at your back door. HA HA HA, I wish she was on this board, she would e-smack me! |

Sorry to hear that GD!!!!! I do hope you get out there soon to get all of those new TB's. ;D ;D I agree with you on the weather. It is constantly cold, snowy and just sucks!! :bang: I think my horses think they have officially reached retirement status. Boy, are they going to be surprises come spring.

Just to clarify a misconseption (spread by SMAY ) I am looking to buy 1 horse ;D and only 1 horse ;D SMAY is under the impression that one cannot make a trip with an empty 5 horse trailer and come back home with it less then 80% filled  You know there must be a message in all this ,  I have never had this much trouble getting a horse I mean not only is my husband against a new horse but the fate's seem to be playing a role now. Geez is the entire universe against me now  |

We will be happy to see pics of 1 or 5 horses! We are just anxious to hear the word about your new horsie..  I know this MI weather $uck$(should this be a .:curse: ?).... they have closed all but the main roads today because of the wind and drifting. We need to get Paddy Poop to the maternity barn and it is too bad of roads to get the trailer out! I am so worried that I will wake up to a new bay foal trotting behind Paddy Poop! |

GD: I wanted to IM you today to find out the scoop but didn't have a minute. Hey, you can borrow my trailer--it's only a 2-horse, but it's for sale so in exchange you must sell my trailer.  It took me 2 hours to get from Lansing to Flint last night. Usually takes 45 minutes. It was white-out after white-out on I69. A semi-truck darn near peeled off the one side of my niece's car. |

This probably isn't a good weekend to be hauling horses. They are predicting snow for the next three days, so ya know it's gonna snow at least one of them. :hahaha:

I am going to be in the market but I want another stock trailer, I sold my brand new fancey Trails West trailer Last year , Ya know the one Joe took 10 minutes to get in everytime. All I want now is something with a front tack room and maybe an optional removeable divider. And an escape full door , ( to old to be climbing out of those little half doors) My Stock trailer was so easy everyone just hoped in.  |

Looking for a used trailer. 2 Horse..... Heading to Expo in Lansing in March to look over trailers, but I would prefer a used...
