Have you ever had one of those days when you just wish you didn't have horses???
Well, today is one of those days for me, I swear my horses are all falling apart
First the barn owner calls me and one of my horses has a swollen face, than I get out there this evening and indeed it's face is swollen from right behind the lips to near the cheek. It is still eating so I am not to worried.
Than I got looking at one of my others and their Left hind fetlock is swollen like you wouldn't believe, and they wouldn't let me feel it over to see what was going on, but I persisted and discovered they had struck themselves with their other hind foot and gave them a cut just above the fetlock joint .
But thankfully at least one of them is OK (for now, LOL). Kinda waiting for the other shoe to drop now.
