another day of no turnout for Da Boyz!!! It is a balmy -9°F, with a windchill of 30 below, and we have a delightful northeast 'breeze'. Water pails are froze solid, so I am once again reduced to toting hot water several times a day. The only GOOD thing about in, is that Rambo doesn't eat halters when he is tied up!!! Also looks like I am going to have to clear the same bit of yard and road for the third time in less than 24 hours!!!! :bang: :bang: :bang:

That's such a bummer! I love your :bang: too funny! Is it like this every winter? And I think it's cold here ;D
I know what you mean about shoveling, I was trying to be proactive and shovel the poarch and steps, them bam, 5 more inches of snow, and with the wind, I might as well have never tried !

:bang: TEXT It sure is!!!!!!! I have to tie Count up when I clean his stall since every stall's occupied, and although he is really cool about being tied, he panics when he sees the rake and fork - sounds like a problem with abuse in the past doesn't it? Anyway - I cannot wait to see green - green leaves, green grass, period!TEXT

Day after day of life on the frigid tundra..... that little short-lived Chinook was fun wasn't it? We had one the other day and it only lasted one day. Was SOOO weird for the temps to go UP during the night - hit a high of 57 degrees Tuesday night, then the winds came and back to 10 the next day. Boy that was weird. Only good thing was it melted all the chunks of ice laying around in front of my rabbit cages from knocking their water tubs out.... Those things are treacherous! I was stumbling all over those things for a while! HOPE FOR SPRING. But if I recall, you were still complaining about below zero weather last year in like....MAY.
