Fair Hill starts next week. Then the PA Horse Shoe is in two weeks AND SNOWMAN is playing!!!! Has anyone seen it? I am going tomorrow to see it. It's a true story and has ties to Central PA. Snowman was rescued out of the New Holland sales and was shown at the PA Horse Show. It is a remarkable story. A friend of mine knew Harry (the owner) and Snowman.

I've had that book since I was a teenager. Actually, have two, one hard cover and one soft cover.  Love that story, will be curious to see how the movies did with it. BTW, during my Christmas shopping last year I bought myself the Breyer model of Snowman. |

I can't believe I've never read the book. I need to. I didn't even realize the movie was out yet. I'll have to check to see if it's playing in my area.
Hehe - LOVE Breyer models - at one time I had hundreds of them. Now they are all packed away & a good part were sold off. Maybe one day I'll have the room to pull them back out again & display them.

I still have mine, but never had hundreds. At this point in my life I try not to buy knick knacks, but sometimes you just have to.  |
