Who it's by - and what language it is? Yes, I know it's the theme for Coraline and it's also being used on a perfume ad, but what IS it? Who is it? Anyone know? www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAnmPLBBtxM

Well, it was orchestrated by Bruno Coulais and the children's choir with the lead child singer was The Children's Choir of Nice. So....I'm leaning towards French, Niaru? though it does seem there are English words interposed, perhaps a bit of a mishmash for a creepy dreamy effect? It seems the title of the song is Dreaming.

I have the DVD for Coraline, let me look again, I think it does name the singer, but well, been a bit pressed for time lately. Heck should be sleeping now, but well soon. Have to be at work at 0245AM. Yawn.

Maybe I should watch Coraline. Spooky song, lol! Bara the French girl who plays Fleur in the HP movies is Clémence Poésy, but I don't think she's the one singing, nor is she the one in the Nina Ricci ad, I think!

It says soloist voice performed by Mathilde Pellegrini. However, under the Dreaming Credit it says, as in the credits:
"Dreaming" Performed b Bruno Coulais, The Children's Choir of Nice & Teri Hatcher Written by Bruno Coulais Copyright 2008 Bruno Coulais.
So not sure if the soloist from the choir is singing or Teri Hatcher or both?
