What a ridiculous phone! You almost wonder if it's meant to confuse people so their bills run up. How hard is it to just offer a fair price for a decent service. Too hard for some, apparently. Well, make the switch and chalk it up to experience, I suppose.

Is there a setting you can change on your phone?

Good Gory Gopher Entrails! What a revolting outcome to trying to save money. It is a puzzle as to why just calls from Brian don't end when you close the flip top on the phone. Agree with Adcooper, switch back or do more shopping around.

Lisa no there is no setting for that, only for answering calls, not ending them. So today I am charging our old Verizon phones And tomorrow will call them and change back. It's Brian's day off tomorrow and I need his phone, we also may have to get new phones so tomorrow's the day. Where are my little happy dancing smilies I want them back !!!!!
