I once went to a bullfight - by accident. It was horrific. Those animals had no chance.

I fled, after the bull was killed. The rest of the arena were eating family picnics and baying for blood. It was horrendous.

It was horrid. Our poor host was so embarrassed. He'd thought it was an 'equestrian event'. Charles, being a foot taller than I am, had an inkling, when he looked over the barriers. We lasted about 5 minutes - to be polite.

I'm not too keen on fox-hunting or dog-fighting, either.

kaidensmom: Any stories or experience with a horse with strangles that is SOB? Gelding is currently hospitalized. On Penicillin and wasn't getting better so the vet just started horse on IV doses of DMSO. The abcesses are pharyngeal. Mar 13, 2017 22:41:03 GMT -5
