Ummm Brooks was thinking, I always take my .45 and I only at 4-5 stars hotels in the wheelchair rooms. I want to eat at very bosh places and see several plays on Broadway. I am too old for the cold showers and inaccessible places. Ummmmm maybe we can just meet up during the day I love room service

"Now everyone, we must make our plans" Bara was saying "And what about the plane, the limo and all those Dragons what are going to do with them as we visit the Big Apple ?"
Claire was the same thing, Terrie was looking up 4-5 star hotels and gagging at the prices. Zen was disappointed and thought she would stay at her campsite anyway. Brooks was no where to be seen ??

Ann decided to stay at Pennington House in Manhattan. She could ride her bike to the offices of The New Yorker in about 15 minutes, and there she would be hired on the spot to write amusing essays and have lunch with a charming crew of bon vivants. She will join you in the evening. Please send a cab to pick her up at 8:15.
(She HAS mentioned her aversion to camping, right? Right.)

Are you sure no one wants to stay with Bara on her Yacht moored at the marina? I believe the leak has been fixed. BTW, the showers were hot, but some was leaking out of the faucets. There was talk of renovation and it is likely much better now.

What? No-one for the Good Ship Exracers?? The bilges have been pumped - honest! The smell has almost gone ... I've swabbed the decks.
(Brooks, please may I take a shower in your 5-star suite?) "Yes PLEASE, Brooks! Puhlease l et her take a shower!" All the Ex-Racers nodded vigorously.
(Oooh! I've never been to New York until now!)

"YES, Yes, she can and I think we all should stay at the hotel, the limo is in the parking lot for our use. We can meet up Ann in the evening.....But Ann you must understand if we suddenly have to leave.....Ummmmmm you may get left behind" Brooks stated rather nervously, hoping that no one would what she meant.
Terrie gave her a strange looked thinking there was more to the vacation to NY City. Bara was very glad to come in the huge suite and had never seen a bathroom quite like this one before. If fact none of them had ever seen a suite quite this one and were wondering who was paying for it? Brooks had order room service. BLT's for all(Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches). Wine, Beer and Sparkling water with lots of ice.
How was she going to break it to them.............................

"Wow!" Bara thought, looking round the luxury bathroom. "How did she manage get them to paint it purple?" She stepped out of the shower - no towel! "ZENRIDER!" Cried Bara.
"Don't panic!" said Zen, handing a purple towel around the door.
Eventually they were all sitting round, wrapped in purple bath robes and raiding the mini-bar.
"How am I going to break it to them?" thought Brooks. Ann and Claire burst into the room...
"Is it true? Are we really? Mais NON, pourquoi?!"
Brooks looked annoyed. "I hadn't told them, yet!" She picked up the phone to Room Service. "Two more BLTs to the ER Suite, please," she said.
"Put that BACK!" She snapped, without 'turning around'. They all looked puzzled, except Yvette, who sheepishly returned the towel to the bathroom. "Tch" thought Lisa. "Stealing hotel towels."
"Room Service? Another BLT," said Brooks, as Terrie came in. Terrie and Brooks had a quick, private word.
"SHEEPISHLY??" Joe stowed away under Lisa's chair.
"The dragons," began Brooks, "are picking us up from ...."

Maybe Ann is booking us all into the best 'glamping' sites? Danny interrupted? www.canopyandstars.co.uk/Niaru was on the net, seeking glampsites which catered for horses, dragons, catz, dawgs, goatz and unicorns... oh, and humans.

"Hmmmm", said Niaru, fingers typing away, "let's see if that neat little hotel on 42nd street in Manhattan still exists AND will take dragons, horses and the rest of us...it should, I remember the owners to be really nice, in their own special way. There were plastic fruit on the ceilings and a black and white checkered bathroom in the hall, with no window but a BIG bathtub...and it was so close to everything, only a dragon's wing's flap away..."
- "Wait - I think I know the place!" said Zen. "Did they have a musical elevator too?"
- "Not that I remember...no A/C either, so bring your earplugs because we'll have to sleep with the windows open"
- "No worries", said Brooks, "we'll have the Dragons to fan us, but I need an elevator".
- "And I, a full mini-bar", added Bara.

"POOF" all of a sudden everyone and I do mean everyone was transported to upstate NY at the Damn Rock Farm (cue Pam). What Pam didn't know is that Terrie was hoping to board some of the dragons and horses at her farm while the adventure started. Goalie was looking tired and fed-up with it all and I think some of the dragons were too. So after that was settled, back to NY they found themselves.
A gorgeous big suite that had 2 mini bars in the living room part. and at the end of a very long hall stood an elevator. A very large, dark gold ornate elevator (cue the scary music) door. As the ladies and Brian looked, the number 1 lit up above the door. They could hear it coming to a halt and the doors started to slowly open.........................................
