Here is Apollo, a Riding Centre school horse who likes his other role, too. We've had a few clinics, and despite excellent instruction from Meredith Steele, I am not very good at driving! But here's the barn manager/main instructor at the reins. How cute is that pony??!! He's great for beginners. Nice, wide seat. Not to hard to stay on him!

Driving scares me!!! My mom drove her mare all the time, but I don't feel I have enough control, and have seen some pretty bad wrecks!!

I don't know who the passenger is in these photos. She looks a little nervous, too!
Well, Big Tee can show us how it's done.

Yes, he seems to thrive on 2 calories a day!

Oh how cute I used to drive, not Rad but a friends pony. It is so much fun. Keep it up Ann.

Definitely haflinger or haffie cross. Cute! There is a woman at the event barn who can't ride anymore, so she bought a cart and pony. Her palomino pony is sooo cute. The cart + pony used to terrify Charm but she got used to them.
Lisa, driving scares me too, ever since I got in with a friend and his pony, and some piece of equipment fell on the pony's hocks and he TOOK OFF. My friend, fortunately, kept his cool and managed to stop the pony, but man, it was scary and I truly thought about bailing into the grass ditch. lol
My sister's mare (Percheron/ Arab cross) was trained to drive too, until something spooked her and she blindly took off with the training cart flopping behind. The girl who broke her to drive, told my sister that she would never be truly safe to drive after that episode, so she now is a (very decent) riding horse.
