Rad's sheath is swollen and sore, larger on one side and a funny (not the Haha kind) mass just behind the sheath. Vet has been called and will here in the morning. He told us to use hot packs till then. Apparently there is a lot of it going around this area. I was wondering why he was not lying down as much or would go down and the jump back up, now I know.
Asking for some Exracers jingles please. My Radlet is 28 years old this year.

Colorado jingles for Rad!
Jett had pigeon fever twice several years ago. It was a royal pain but he was OK. Hoping Rad heals up quickly!

Good news !! It is not strangles It's the "your horse is TOOO FAT" disease Rad has always been a good eater. But we have gotten lazy about his exercise, so his feed will be reduced some and more exercise is what the vet recommends. I love our vet, tells it like it is.....no bull. Thanks for the jingles they must have worked
