Trooping the Colour

Sometimes - at this time of year - I get a bit homesick for London. Wimbledon, Ascot, Trooping the Colour.

Now it's the Household Cavalry. I know those boys and horses. They exercise in Windsor Great Park, I've raced them on many an occasion, scruffy little devils, with the bet of a round of drinks at the Fox and Hounds (apply to Zen). Forry always beats the Household Cavalry.

But they do look smart, dressed up as toy soldiers and the horses are spotless. Oh - got to go, it's the Red Arrows fly-past and then the glass-coach.

I'm not often homesick - we do have Vikings here y'know.

Good Forry, getting your Mom free drinks. Bet you do miss him and Edgie too. Does the barn or anyone else send pics and updates? Does he have any current movie offers?

Of course I miss them. It's my two year anniversary today of arriving in Shetland. However, they're happy and well cared for, they wouldn't like Shetland.

Everyone keeps me in touch and everyone sends pictures. His last movie was 'Jack the Giant Killer' - which I haven't seen. It will take a while before it comes on at our only movie theatre. The picture is on my mobile.

However, his pin-up pic is the one with his Auntie Zen riding him.... in The Park.
