More yum.

Take goats' cheese or Camembert. Wrap in Parma ham. Grill (broil) lightly, until the ham is crisp and the cheese is melting.

Sprinkle with toasted pine-nuts and serve on a bed of salad.

It's a great starter for a dinner party!
