My 21 yr. old foxhunter hits the dressage ring for the first time! He was super good, beside giving the mounting block stood up on it's end the hairy eyeball. Many of our comments in the first test included horse not supple but by the second test, he was more comfortablein the arena and most of our scores were 6s and 7s. By next show, we should do even better! A little above the bit in this shot!

Ya both look great. In the beginning levels, a little above is not a big deal.

Haha niaru-that would be Intro A & B! The big horse doesn't have a reliable (if ever) left lead so we will skip cantering. The whole goal is to just get out and show again since it has been so long and then show Vie next year.
