OK, OK, I have insomnia.
Cross Desperate Housewives with Toddlers and Tiaras... It's compulsive.
These 'adults' have screaming matches in front of the whole class - and then expect these kids to go on-stage and dance in front of national competition. And they stick the knife into competition.
I realise this is only a TV show. Anyone else think this is just wrong? Remember, we have gymkhana moms, too ...

It's child abuse !!!!!!!!!!! Of the worst kind, these mom's will understand when these girls grow up with all kinds of problems.

I know. One little girl was in floods of tears, saying 'But, Mommy I don't WANT to dance anymore..'
Mommy made soothing noises, popped the kid's shoulder back into place and sent her on-stage. Shoulder was out again by the time the kid finished. But she won.
If I could take that child aside for two minutes, I'd advise her to mess up. That might stop mommy.
Even worse, to me, is the loud cattiness in front of the children. The language they use!
It broke my heart when two mothers were literally screeching at each other - and the two little girls were hiding, hand-in-hand, whispering 'I love you, Chloe. I love you, Maddy.'
OK. Who are the grown-ups?
