Ok so this is my new mare "Rumblin Marge" aka "Crissy". I brought her to the barrel race today to just expose her to the arena/noise/bleachers etc and she did very well. Rode her a bit and then let her stand tied w/a stuffed full haynet and she was very relaxed. She wasnt alone, but she wasnt tied with any other horses as im trying to help her get over her seperation anxiety. Even rode her on the track there and she maintained a fast walk (stuck to the inside rail like glue) and only got anxious when someone rode past us. Very good day ! And she even whinnyed a greeting to me as I came around the corner to check on her & bring her water ;D
