For some reason that last picture crack me up.
Lovely (if nasty) birds! For years, we had some resident swans in the creek at the back of our house. But I haven't seen them in a couple years. Now it's just herons, kingfishers, egrets, gulls, and ducks. I miss the swans.

They are quite territorial. They swam off a couple of geese before I left.

Oh yes, beautiful but evil. Especially the half-grown cygnets! Tall as grown swans.
