Had a doctors appt yesterday so took the long way home, over to the seaside ;D This is mostly Morro Bay. The last photo has a seagull and a windsurfer. Windsurfing is big out here, they use a little parachute thing that pulls them along. Very cool to watch. I stayed there for while watching these guys, there was 3 of them. The wind was 25+ and the water was very cold. I stayed in my nice warm truck. I think I want a new camera. I have notice the pictures are not as clear as they use to be, and I can't really zoom in very far.

Beautiful! You live in an extraordinary place, Brooks. The sea must be so fascinating.

Beautiful, Brooks! After all these years, I can still remember our little road trip through your countryside. It would be my No. 1 place to live, if we could all have our 'druthers'. It was probably the nicest trip we ever took - despite getting lost in the dark and finishing up in King City...

Beautiful scenery! That's a kite-surf we see in the last pic! Looks like a lot of fun but also a bit dangerous! I think what I like best about California is that it is dry = no bugs!

;D Great pics. Know what you mean about the camera. That's the problem with digital cameras, they are great in some ways, but do seem to only have so many pictures to them really. Not like the old film cameras that could last you decades.
