What I learned why Amazon.Com makes so much money and is so popular. There service center is amazing ;D

first I contacted the US store via live chat no long waiting for live person it was almost instant. Wanted to see if I could just exchange it, but no. They connected to the UK store and another live chat almost instantly, there I was told, most politely, they could only exchange for another one from their stock which won't play here either. The whole thing took less the 15 mins. WOW what great costumer service.

Hmmm, have you tried playing it on your computer? Not as good as the big screen, though you may be able to hook the computer up to the new TV should that work. Just a thought, but nothing ventured nothing gained. ;D

Have always wondered why they make it so DVD's only work in some countries and not all? Sure I've heard some of the excuses, but none really stand to reason.
