I'd forgotten the Kinks! And 'Needles and Pins' is great - I'd forgotten the Searchers, too. In my memory, I was on a netball court at boarding school when I heard it from someone's transistor radio. I was absolutely rubbish at netball! I'm still only 5'4"! Back then I might have been 5'. I really don't think I would have made the Harlem Globetrotters. You didn't have a choice at school ... Hockey was VERY scary! All the big girls bearing down on you! I have been known to RUN! A couple more for ya!
