Since I bought the Passiers I haven't been using this one. OK and Zen's back isn't as young as it once was, so even with a thick Fleeceline natural fleece pad it's getting too close to the withers. OK and I've got those other saddles too.
The tree is the warmblood wide. So if you have a wide backed horse coupled with a high wither, this may be the saddle you are looking for. Try it on before making a decision, because when I first saw it, I though, 'oh, this is going back.' put it on Zen and, who woulda thunk. Which shows that saddle trees from different companies fit so differently. After all, the Passier Comet FS is their medium, yet fits Zen, even older Zen, remarkably well. Still have to use a half pad or thick pad, as he's got those remarkably high withers.
Included are all the panels, the carry case, and the instructions on how to choose from the 4 billets. Have to check, but may be able to include a pair of synthetic leathers as well.
It has the select panels to adjust with a few snaps from an all purpose, to a jump, to a dressage saddle in moments. OK, I've only used the all purpose ones. With that system it is a little 'bulky' under the leg, but not badly. It's very comfortable, with a deep secure seat.
These ran around $700 new, but this one is used and has been used, though still in great shape. Not good at haggling, so will take from anyone here $300, plus shipping if anyone's interested. It's not eating anything or taking up that much space, so no hurries. From anyone I know, I'll let you try it first at that cost of shipping.
