Whatever happened to Hoss? Or Chester? Rowdy Yates went on to become Governor of California and to run a really BAD steak restaurant in Carmel. Bleuch..
Where is the cast of Wagon Train? 'Have Gun Will Travel?' Remember 'Maverick'? First time round!

Book Thread here Rowdy Yates was played by Clint Eastwood who was never became the Governor of California but did become the Mayor of Carmel CA. He just release yet another movie which he stars in, time to retire Clint. As for the rest they are all dead, I do believe

Loose interpretation of 'books' into 'entertainment'! After all, it WAS Goalie and I who came up with this section all those years ago.. Awww, poor Hoss. At aged 9 I was totally in love with Flint McCollough (sp?) from Wagon Train. Can't remember the actor's name. For some reason I thought his horse was called 'Mr Rick'. So I named my budgie 'Ricky'.

Yes I remember that, Terrie asked me to figure out how to add it.
Here from WagonTrain The show chronicles the adventures of a wagon train as it makes its way from Missouri to California. There were 284 episodes in 8 seasons: the first aired on September 18, 1957, and the final segment was broadcast on May 2, 1965. Some of the actors appearing on Wagon Train included Ward Bond as wagon master Major Seth Adams (seasons 1–4), Robert Horton as scout Flint McCullough (seasons 1–5), John McIntire as wagon master Christopher Hale (seasons 4–8), Robert Fuller as scout Cooper Smith (seasons 7–8), Denny Scott Miller as Duke Shannon (seasons 5–7), Michael Burns as Barnaby West (seasons 4–8), Frank McGrath as Charlie Wooster (cook, seasons 1–8), and Terry Wilson as Bill Hawks (seasons 1-8). McIntire replaced Bond as wagon master upon Bond's death at age 57, and Fuller replaced Horton as scout a season after Horton opted to depart, an obvious choice since Fuller had already played a lead in another western series (Laramie on NBC) and physically resembled Horton. Horton and Fuller even shared the same birthday, albeit nine years apart.

Laramie! ;D How could I forget Laramie? And how could I forget Robert Horton, my first love! My cousin, Margo, and I were extremely close all throughout our childhood. And, as young 'uns do, we had our little 'secret' codes and passwords! To come in anywhere you had to knock on the door and say 'Wagon Train?' Permission was granted by the answer 'Roll along.' Perhaps the world should be run by 9-yr-olds!
