I know most of it is water etc., but there's nothing more motivating than watching the scale move as fast as the gas gauge in the truck! And there's nothing like 110 degree weather to make grazing all day the easiest way to eat LOL. Thank God for Fiber One bars and yogurt. I suppose riding 2 - 3 horses a day doesn't hurt either. Here's to the summer of getting back into my skinny jeans LOL.

Yay for you ! I've lost 25lbs since the beginning of the year. It's so nice to wear things that I haven't worn in a long time. I'm loving this and hope I can keep it off!
Keep up the good work!

Yay! Congratulations! I've lost about 8 lbs so far - still a ways to go, but it's progress!
We need a motivation thread!

I have not seen my skinny jeans in a couple years now. My thyroid is a problem now and it seems that no matter how little I eat, I gain weight. It stinks. When I was a young gal I would decide one day to diet and lose all the weight I wanted in a few days. I am so stinking tired all the time now too so I don't do much. I can still dream of losing weight though and I do that all the time.
