I will start showing him in January/Feb if he doesn't sell by then, and start working on his lead changes as well, but price will adjust accordingly :/ Amazing mind, he's truly a gem!

I've decided that if he doesn't sell by time his current ad expires....he's not getting re-listed lol. Unless someone walks up to me and gives me an offer I can't refuse, I'm going to try to make it work. But, if someone DOES want him, I've prob. got to sell, just not going to make the effort lol.
