Or rather, the dentist came to her. She had been balling her hay a little, and I've been bad with getting her on a floating schedule, so I had the vet/dentist come this time, as opposed to "regular" dentists who don't use tranqs or power tools. It cost me an arm and a leg, and I hate seeing Charm sedated, but the dentist did a very thorough job, there was smoke, but no bleeding, and I now have in my files a very detailed chart of Charm's teeth!
She had points and hooks all over the place, the poor girl, but the dentist also said she had crooked teeth (like me, haha!) and so the food gets stuck in-between her teeth at times, hence the balling. One back teeth is even so off-centered that at first glance, she thought it was broken! Poor, less-than-perfect Charm...lol.

That's what my dentist says about Teddy, and unfortunately, he is "sedation-resistent" go figure... haha He takes three shots just to get the back teeth done halfway well with power tools, and the last time ( this summer) she said "good thing you don't ride this horse because I can't get a bit seat done with him being so bad... " He also has an overbite, but he doesn't drop his food or quid his hay, so I guess he'll live...
