Unfortunately, I think that sometimes their necks are just set on too low and its hard to develop the topline. I think this guy would be a struggle in that regard!

I saw that too. Not sure if it is as bad as it looks or it is just a really wonky camera angle. I agree with Heide though, I think it is just one of those not so great neck sets.

He's just thin. His neck is pencil thin....and when they do the giraffe, "What's that over there?!?!?" with their heads it looks way worse. That's why whenever I take pics for CANTER ads I TRY to have the handler get the horse to relax their head down a bit. Otherwise you get a pic like this guy that looks pretty bad.
