Laura's Sophie - Placed!

Laura's Sophie is a 15.3 hand, 2006 model TB mare. Her trainer says it is time for Sophie to have a new career. She is currently just slightly "off" on the left front ankle and will flex sore on it. This is an osselet that could use a month of turn out before starting a new career. Sophie is very,very cute and moves out nicely in the round pen. She's a pretty girl with a nice disposition.

She is a pretty cute little thing. I wonder what her long term soundness prognosis is? She has a pretty little head and gentle eyes.

I called about her. I guess I'm second in line, so we'll see. If the cards are right, she'll be here! Funny thing... she's related to my gelding. She has It's Freezing as her great-grandsire and It's Freezing is my boy's sire. Very cool, I think. Fingers crossed!!

Well, I guess the cards were right... Sophie is home with me! What a doll baby she is, too! Very sweet, quiet, and is settling right in. Now to introduce her to the others!! Weeeeeeeeeeeee! Thanks to Jen and to Sophie's trainer, Kathy. We have a new pal!
