I've often heard about hock injections, but really don't know anything about them.
Any recommended sites to go for hock injections 101 - types, frequency, cost and all that kind of thing.

What kind of questions do you have? I just had Vegas done. I've done several of my former riding horses as well. Price depends on your location and what you inject with. Frequency again, depends on the horse and what they are doing.

Jen, I just don't really know enough to ask intelligent questions. I'll just do some reading on this evening, and maybe pull out a book or two if I can find them. I can give my vet a call, too. I was afraid the answer would be "It depends."  lol Thanks! eta I did find a good, succinct article about hocks and injections. It's still an "it depends" but it's a good overview. It sort of confirmed what I though, and articulated it well. |

Well, I guess I didn't even need that information. I was looking at a horse and thought she might need them. Turns out she won't be needing them!
