kicks my butt!!! I thought this will be easy, especially since part of it is laying down. lol was I wrong!!!!! I can tell I have gotten stronger over the last month, but am exhausted after each class. What a great workout!!!

Yes it's a great workout, depending on the instructor! I go to classes with 2 different instructors. One is more into hip and leg "moves", and it just kills my hip joint. The other one is more of abs and core strength and I get a lot more out of her class. She has us stay in a elbow plank for 60 seconds...that's when I remove my last layer, lol. The only thing I don't like (and don't do) are the exercises you have to do while laying on your belly. Those just kill my back.

We had a sub last week, and I dubbed her the plank nazi. OMG I do as much as I can when working my core. My abs are still super sore, but my fine movements are improving!!
