Anyone doing the MM diet? Personally, I'm feeling pretty lousy on this diet so far at day 5..tired and hungry.

I hadn't heard of it but did a quick search. I didn't see the total calorie count but got the general idea. Five net carbs every five hours. My guess is that you just need to get adjusted to the diet and that you'll be ok in a few days. Of course, I don't know as there isn't a lot of specific information. If your energy level is still that low in a couple of days, it just may not be the right diet for you. I'm not sure why one would go with this rather than Atkins (yeah, too strict on the carbs) and its spin off South Beach Diet which is a little more lax (reasonable) than Atkins. Atkins originally called his the super energy diet and I tried that version of Atkins in my 20's (not to lose weight but to gain energy) and my energy went through the roof so I tend to think that low carb - high protein should bring your energy up as a general rule.
