OK I found outI have exercise on demand last week, and have been doing different workouts everyday. So I am very sore. Does anyone have a good remedy other than time? Wow some of these workout trainers are coo coo for coco puffs, and I thought I was in decent shape.

LOL! Welcome to my world! Since joining the gym I am sore almost everyday, in various degrees and at various places. I just keep exercising but not the same muscle groups. If it really gets too much you can pick up some arnica pills at the health store. You take them 3-4 times a day and it really lessens the soreness. If you can really pinpoint the soreness a massage with Arnica gel will work wonders.

I know right? I had a lump on my arm , and thoughtwhat's that? It was a muscle....I'm not used to seeing definition in my muscles.
