You are so lucky to find your horse's sire's photo on the web. I can't find anything about my horse's sire, or even grandsire. Even though they all come from fairly prominent Canadian lines.. Oh well, that stud is AWESOME and if Red looks like THAT...well, you need to get him in the showring immediately! You'll clean up!

I have a pic of Zane's daddy and mommy and I try to picture how he will look when he gets older but it's pretty hard. Looking at him now he just looks like my big gangly baby.
Red's dad has such a proud look. Looks like he is posing for all those mares out there and saying, "You know you want me!" I hope I can Zane's coat to shine like that!

Ok my pictures aren't as good, they kind of s*&)^k...maybe I should get professional pics made. Here is a pic of Red the fall of 1999 when he was three and before he was started. I don't have any new pictures except the dark pictures at Christmas in the coverall arena. Like his sire he has the air they he knows he is beautiful and he is trying to convince the girls of this too!!! He now is herd boss in his pasture of 15.... as long as he is wearing his blankee aka turtle shell. He is going to have a rude awakening coming home to Diego aka home herd boss. At least Red knows when to step down. My daughter said she is only 20 minutes from Red's sire in CA. So maybe a road trip to visit the farm. I also saw on the net they wanted pictures of Fit's get in Eventing and Performance... Maybe we can get some pics when we start green as grass stuff and our baby eventing stuff (I am the baby not Red).... I really would have loved to have some of Red's photo finishes winning races. Smay, Red is always so shiney.... it's me that need to clean up LOL.... I've seen your pics of TEDDY what a gorgeous boy!!   |
