SKULL ISLAND ******* SOLD ********* Pedigree www.pedigreequery.com/skull+island Pics pets.webshots.com/album/576969970nDxbTh "Skully" is a 16h 4 yo Petionville gelding foaled in Canada out of a Slew City Slew mare. Registered as dark bay but giving the impression of being black, Skully also has the rabicano gene, providing him with scattered gray hairs throughout his stifle area and around the base of his tail. Seattle Slew, Strawberry Road, Majestic Light and Buckpasser are but a few of the notable sport horse stallions in his pedigree. Sweet and likable, he loves having his ears rubbed and enjoys attention. Skully has no vices and is ready for a new career beyond the racetrack. Young and lightly raced, he has only run 8 times with 2 wins and a second, earnings of $16k. Skully does have a small cut and a couple scrapes on the inside of his LH ankle - almost healed and a non-issue performance wise. Located on a farm 5 minutes from Mountaineer Park zip 26050. Isn't he neat? He is my "pick" of all the sales horses I have seen in the past week. I like this one A LOT. He will make someone a really nice horse.

Take it from me...when in a hunter class with 30 other bay horses ridden by women wearing the same outfit, having a striped tail is a real bonus! LOL It is the only way my DH knows who to photograph.
I love him! He looks like a real sweetie, and I like his build.

Jessi, I've been kinda looking to start a new baby. Did you see what kind of mover this one is? I'm looking - he seems to have a nice shoulder, etc. But it has to be a "hunter" mover. Thanks
