Every now and then I need a frozen treat. I cannot eat very much sugar, because sugar really makes me sick. So I created my own.
Cinamon grahm crackers halves Instant sugar free/ fat free made w/ skim milk. any flavor, but cheesecake is really good. Lite cool whip
Mix coolwhip and pudding together, and spoon 2 TBSP on 1 half of grahm cracker and top w/ the other half. I put them on a ccokie tray and frreze untill pudding sets then I put them in a freezer bag.
I have been playing around w/ adding peanut butter to the cracker, or maybe nuts, or bannana.
Anyway these are not healthfood, but a lower calorie/ fat content when you really need something.

Another thing you can try - freeze your favourite flavour of yogurt, sugar free, low sugar, regular sugar, whatever tickles your fancy by just popping the container into the freezer. It is a nice treat, far better than the commercially prepared, whipped beyond recognition frozen yogurt desserts, better, in fact, as you control sugar and fat and even serving size if you do the individual cups.
