Standard----Extended to 11:59 p.m. (EST) Friday, December 18
Premium-----11:59 p.m. (EST) Sunday, December 20
1 Day------Noon (EST) Monday, December 21

price for shipping for 1 calendar is as follows:
Economy $5.25
Standard $7.00
Premium $13.00
1 Day $21.00

No sales tax when shipping outside CA, KY, NV or WA
