You'll have seen my recent thread. Forget it. It seems, now, that both my horses have been on 'Senior Horse' since July 2006.
The premiums haven't reduced, but neither horse is covered for ANY illness, just injury. Apparently. Since July 2006.
I'm kicking up a big fuss, because my direct debits are still going out to the tune of nearly £100 per month for two horses and two dogs. I've asked for a refund.
I am a smidge angry.

I would have never known that. Yep. I'd be hopping mad.

I'm not really sure why you are angry, other than they owe you a refund. I don't know who you have your insurance with or what the laws are overseas, but I would think that they would have sent you correspondence in 2006 regarding the change in your coverage. And they have sent you your entire policy every year since then. I really don't see where you have any room to be angry, except at yourself for not reading any of their correspondence, apparently.
Get your refund, change the amount of the direct debit and move on.

I apologise to anyone who read my deleted post, which was fired in anger. Particularly, I apologise to Samantha for firing off both barrels at you. And I've apologised to Terrie.
More calmly, I'm in discussion with the insurance company.
