It's not a Kindle, because I can't find out when they're going to be launched here. It's the Sony version. Good enough for the likes of me.
It took me ages to set it up, set up my bookstore and download. I've got my '100 free books' which are all things like Moby Dick and Jungle Book - but I'll experiment with 'Prince of Tides'.
I keep telling myself that it has paid for itself already with the free books. ;D
It's all your fault.

You'll love it, I'm sure! I keep an index card in my Kindle folder, and have a list of the books I want to read. Depending on what genre of writing you enjoy, there are several places to find free books. My sister loves classic science fiction, and has found an awesome site of free books.

I DO love it, though I can'd read in the bath any more ... Though I still have all those paperbacks I just ordered. Having said that, they're all terribly dark. Don't know how that happened. I'd love to know those free sites, though we won't tell Adcooper! I wonder if there's a charity site where you can forward books rather than just delete them... Hmmm...

Tee hee! Librarians know all about free books! But you will be charged a fine for the mildewed paperbacks.
