This is a 16.3 hand 6 year old gelding. He's retiring sound and is ready to move on to a new career. Smoke is pretty straight forward according to his trainer. He wowed all of us who were watching him play in the arena with his big sweepy stride. Smoke is priced very cheaply for a quick, uncomplicated sale. He's located on the trainer's farm in Lisbon, OH. I have never been a real fan of Grey but this guy has such beautiful dapples. What is with the one leg wrap?

I got to meet this horse this past Saturday. He is a big sweet heart. Just wanted his head rubbed. Jen- Chad has a gorgous place. He and his wife were very nice. We ended up coming home with Cashmere Dancer. We got to meet alot of his horses and of course he showed us a few that might be retiring soon  . |

Inga, he had a scrape or something on his shin and they put a sweat on it. I forgot to ask him to pull it off when he turned him loose. We realized it and pulled it off for him confo shots.
Laugh, I talked with Chad sunday I think and he said you had gotten the mare. Super! I want to see pics!

K- we will get pics up as soon as possible. Keys- She is a little grey mare that one of Brittneys Students got- she was interested in Arthur, but he was already sold when they called Chad so he said he had another one for sale. Jen- You guys live in the middle of now where, lol. We almost ran out of diesel, didnt realize how hard it would be to find after we got off 80. Then we found the little one down the road from Chads. It reminded me of the show "The Waltons". I didnt know pumps that old still would work  . The old guy that came out to pump our fuel was just too cute. |

That's Carneys! You were about 2 miles from me. We get the cheapest diesel from him. The good thing about where we live is that major cities (PITT and CLeve) arne't really that far away.
Chad told me he thinks Arthur is going to be for sale again. He said the lady who was supposed to buy him forgot to send her husband to get him.....hmmmmm.....I should know for sure soon though.

Maybe someday, we will have to make a trip out to visit you. It was nice out there.
How do you forget to send your husband out to get a horse........ maybe she didnt really tell her husband about him yet........ and now isnt sure if she really is interested.

This guy has some nice relatives...he is from the same female family as the great Zenyatta, Mizzen Mast, Sweet Alliance, Tamayaz, etc. If I could afford him, I drive there in a heart beat.
