I wanted to post this on the main forum because my trainer friend is in need of placing these horses soon. I've been unsuccessful in trying to sell these guys for her and money is getting tight for her. So she wants to give them away. She lives about an hour and a half form me so I have not been able to get new pics of these guys yet. The ones I have are a few years old and not real flattering. I think there are a few more to add to the list but I need to gather more info from her tomorrow.
"Noadiah" is a 16.1 hand 2000 model bay gelding. He's sound and cute with a big stride. Noadiah has a stripe down his face and white on three legs. HIs trainer says he is super sweet and easy to ride.
"Red at Morn" is a 16.2 hand 2000 model chestnut gelding. He is sound with no issues. Red has a stripe down his face, white on a front leg and small amount of white on a rear leg. Trainer says he is a forward, fancy mover who is very competitive. She'd love to see him in the jumper ring.
"Notjustanothertune" is a 16.1 hand 1999 model chestnut gelding. Tune is a solid chestnut with a beautiful coppery coat. He is sweet as the day is long and very quiet. Tune is also a big mover who'd lok really cute in the dressage ring. Tune's only issue is that he takes medication in his feed for seizures. His trainer said the meds are cheap and he eats them up with no problem. This horse wants his own person to love on.
All horses are located in North Canton, OH. All are free to the right homes. I will post more once I get a call back form the trainer. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll PM her number to you.

Here are some old pictures of Tune. I was in so many layers I could barely move. It was freezing that day! Tune was very quiet to ride and super sweet. He hadn't been ridden in two months and didn't put a foot wrong. Trainer wasn't real good with the camera so most of the moving shots were not any good.

All of these pics are a few years old. I'm trying to find a time to go get new ones soon. I'm pretty sure there will be more to add to this list soon.

You know I don't think being that straight behind will have too much of a factor, seems like a cute mover, with a nice personality. I could see him doing Hunters. Gez, he is really cute.

Another trainer at the track was telling me today that Red and Noadiah are awesome horses. He really liked them both and said they have a ton of potential.

The other horse she has that needs a home is a chestnut gelding named "Turn The Page." www.pedigreequery.com/turn+the+page3He's a 7 year old who is stakes placed. I have never seen this horse so I can't really say anyhting about him. She did say he had an old chip in his knee but has not had an issues or lameness due to it since she's known him. DH is supposed to be going out there sometimes this week to shoe some horses. I'm going to see if I can get him to snap some pics of them all for me.

One more to add but with a different trainer. He is another freebie. His name is "Hollywood Jones" and he's a very stocky 5 year old bay gelding. I have not seen this one in person yet either. He is unraced and not even tattooed. He had some issues with being footsore. Trainer had an MRI done and he had some inflammation of a tendon in the foot and I think the vet said some navicular burcitis. I asked him about the horse's future soundness. He said since the horse has been turned out for 2 months, if he sound with shoes on now, he'll be sound for anything. I was told he's been barefoot on frozen ground and was "ouchy." The vet said, "slap some shoes on him and see how he is in a week or so." He's supposed to be getting me a copy of the report for whoever wants this gelding. The trainer said he's the most laid back horse she's known and very quiet. He's located on a farm near Mountaineer. She's supposed to bring him to the training center soon so I can get some pics.

Just an update. Someone is coming to see NOadiah I think tomorrow. DH was going to take pics of them all today but the trainer had to leave right after all the shoeing was done. A little frustrating for me as she keeps asking for help and I still have no pics.... Anyway, all horses are sound and all free....

Hi ~ I'm new to this site and have been getting a lot of great help from Rachael at CANTER....she's the one that linked me to this thread. I really like Noadiah and would be able to give him a wonderful home - so I left a message for Rhonda and am waiting to hear back but I saw the update that someone was possibly going to look at him on the 11th...any updates?? I have a tendency to let my heart get ahead of me and if he's already gone I should settle myself down a bit ; )
