Has anyone taken this? I see ads for supplements all the time. I was more interested in a berry smoothy mix at the health food store.
Just wondering...2.5 weeks of dieting/exercise and still feel crappy,tired and have not lost the first pound! UGH!

I know how you feel... I did take the supplement Acai Berry.. didnt do much. . THEN I watch Biggest Losers. and they do 6 hours a day of exercise and lose 25 lbs in a week my

I've never taken the supplement but the acai berry juice is yummy and makes me feel great.

What the heck is acai berry, anyway? It just showed up as a new flavor in my favorite brand of yogurt (acai and blueberry). It tastes fine, but I'd never heard of it before...is it supposed to help you lose weight??
