Anyone else out there trying to lose weight during the winter? I could use some support. I know exactly how I gained it: overeating and no exercise. So, food diary, healthier choices and workouts here I come.

I'm there with you. I haven't really put on much (4-5 pounds) but I know well enough that it has to stop NOW. I have a really hard time losing weight. I'm in the gym 4 or 5 days a week usually (3 if it's a bad week) and riding 5 or 6 days and can't lose a pound. I have to fight for every pound. I still have yet to lose anything..and I watch what I eat. Sucks.
We could have our own weight loss support group. Goodness knows I need some motivation.

Count me in. I gain pretty easily, I have to be very careful. I briskly climbed 5 flights of stairs today and if I wasn't 22 yrs old I'd swear I had a small heart attack. That is NOT cool. I should be fit!! I bought healthier foods and some slimfast shakes today, the Optima ones. I tend to eat something quick and unhealthy in the mornings or lunch if I'm not careful, so those work great. Plus I have a huge sweet tooth and the chocolate flavor takes care of that too!

I know that feeling. Where I work, it's like the crap food capital..I keep a granola bar in my desk to stop myself from eating the crap.
