does anyone have a Pilates machine? HOW do you use it? I always watch the pilates time on QVC. I have watched it for years.. and have wanted to try it. I bought one off of ebay. BUT she forgot the video with it... not sure HOW to set it up or start using it.. can anyone help OR want to buy it ?

I can't really help you Diane except to ask if you looked on Amazon for a video. I know I have been able to find owners manuals for different things at times from Amazon. Maybe they would have a video for it.

Does the manufacturer have a website?. Perhaps you could email or telephone and get that information. if you can't find it on ebay or google. I don't even know what the pilates machine is.

Sorry, can't help with the video. Maybe your local library would have something you could rent? Although Amazon does sound like a good bet too.

I called QVC and got the manufacture web site... QVC doesnt sell the videos seperately.. gona call on Monday.. Coyote.. its a machine invented by Joseph Pilates years ago for dancers to lengthen and stregthen their muscles ( I think) if you can watch QVC when the pilates machines are on, its pretty interesting to watch.
