A monstrous performance from Somebeachsomewhere and driver Paul MacDonell established a new world record of 1:49.2 in the $493,000 final of Sunday's 32nd edition of the Confederation Cup at Flamboro Downs.

all I can say is WOW !!!! Big Tee have you ever heard of a horse called A Week at the Beach ? a grey standard bred that went through a Preferred Equine Sale a few years ago? I had him on my Virtual Stable but he hasnt run in a long time... He was one of the horses I rubbed at that sale and I thought he was awesome!

I love working the Preferred Equine sales . those standardbreds at the sales are what made me want one .. I havent worked the sales for about two years.. I miss doing them. I didnt get to do many but they are hard work BUT fun..

Aweek At The Beach was bought by interests in Alberta, but it seems he died shortly after Keith bought him: transfer of ownership date is 07/11/2005 and death date is 01/2007. I vaguely recall him being bought by this group and never noticed him race or anything....... sorry to bear bad news for you
