Thought I would throw out a new title for you all to try. I'm reading "Lottery" by Patricia Wood. It's about a young man who is "slow", one point above retarded. He lives with his Gram, and one week after she dies he wins $12 million in the lottery. He is mercilessly pursued by his nasty brothers and their wives, and taken care of by his co-workers/friends. I haven't finished it yet, but I thought it is noteworthy.
