My friend is selling her (BIG) Percheron x QH mare.
She's 10 years old, 16 hands, grey, and probably nearly 1,600 lbs. BIG GIRL! My friend is hoping for $5,000, but is more concerned for a good home.
She's totally quiet and easygoing undersaddle....appropriate for a high beginner. Very tolerant and easy to ride. Currently going in the indoor with tons of other horses and nonsense just fine!
She jumps the basics, knows her lines and distances, too! Enjoys herself jumping as well! Very workmanlike and no fussing with a rider who is learning. Currently working gymnastics and verticals up to 2'6" with ease.
Nice to work with, easy to handle, tack up, etc. crossties, loads, stands for vet and farrier (never tried to clip her...so not sure on that one)
She can be a bit mareish at times, but nothing that would hurt anyone. Ear pinning at horses, hollering for her girlfriends, etc.
