I know I am NOT the only one on this board with arthritis, so will tell you guys about this stuff.
Joint MD is over the counter stuff, and of all things, has hyaluronic acid in it. I have tried msm, chondroitin, et al in combination, individually, ad nauseum. I heard there was a compount containing oral HA, and started searching assorted pharmacies, and squinting at labels and found this stuff in Walmart. Started taking it as directed, and while it aint a miracle cure because effects are cumulative, it works. Only noticed how well it worked when I forgot to take the stuff for two nights. A neat 'side effect': the arthritis bumps on my fingers are far less sensitive and are. in fact, shrinking!!!
