The gym isn't so bad. It's just easiest to make it part of the routine. I'm lucky that I have one at work, so I either get up at 5 and go before work or I go at lunch. BTW, I'm shorter than you and I have you beat in the weight category. So don't feel bad.

Well, I was thinking about getting a Y membership, since the hours are better than the hours at the school gym, but it's $41 a month! Eek! I'll take the hours at the school fitness center for free! I'll just go right after class...

I pay $20 a month at work. If I wanted personal training that would be extra. Hours aren't bad and it's hard to say I didn't have time to get there when I can just go at lunch.

My 12 yo daughter got a Wii Dance Revolution for Xmas and me thinks this will be part of my New Years Resolutions workout! It's FUN! I'll just have to remember to draw the curtains so people don't see me act like an idiot in front of the tv.

I'm in. I feel so much better now than I did 4 years ago, that I am inspired to lose some more. Niaru, isn't that Dance Revolution fun? I played with my neices over the holidays and want one for myself now.

Ok, so I have decided to be in better shape for my horse. My abs and lower back always suffer from jumping and especially dressage so I am setting a goal to do pilates at least 4 times weekly. My BF got me a mat, ball, stretchy band and I picked up two pilates dvd's on abs and also on beginner pilates. I figure my horse works so darn hard and it's time I start pulling my own weight and carrying myself instead of folding into fetal position every time I canter...
