I'm reading a fun book right now. It's called "Cabin Pressure" by Josh Wolk. It's an autobiography about a 34 yo guy, on the eve of his wedding, who goes back to his childhood summer camp in New England to be a counselor. Very cute, entertaining, easy read.

I've just requested The Omnivore's Dilemma, by Michael Pollan. Anyone read it? I've heard it's excellent.

Megan, do you own this book? If so I'd love to borrow it! I love frontier/survival-type books. otherwise, I'll order it from Amazon.
BTW, I am so sorry. I haven't sent the $700 Pony out to you yet. I keep on forgetting! I promise I'll send it Monday!

I'm reading the Omnivore's Dilemma right now. I love it and have learned so much that I had no idea about...but I read it in bits and pieces instead of sitting down and reading the whole thing. Are you enjoying it?
I also ordered Animal, Vegetable and Miracle but it STILL isn't here! Grumble grumble.

I have the whole Emma Harte Series by Barbara Taylor Bradford. They are very long but I am enjoying them. I am finished the first book "A Woman of Substance" for anyone who wants to start the series and I will pass the books along. I am very bad and either throw out my books or take them back to the goodwill where I buy them.

Anyone like travel writing?
I have "Sahara Unveiled - a Journey Across the Desert" - by William Langewiesche. It's a good read!
