For any of you QH racing fans out there, Los Alamitos is holding a $2million race next Friday night and next Saturday night is the Champions to Champions race, which will decided the best QH for the year!!! You can catch it on TVG!!! I'll be there!  |

Sigh... I suppose TVG is a cable channel??? I really have to get that once finally get moved and settled in. Right now wouldn't make sense when we stay at one place for a month or so and then to SO's for a while... But I wanna see!! They have QH racing in Mt Pleasant just north of me and I have watched a few times. Boy do they boogie that short distance, what a rush that would be.
They do arabian racing there too and they are just soo pretty to watch.

Well, if you are a gambler for the Champion to Champion race, FFD Dynasty should win the race!  Yes, they still have a couple Arab races a weekend as well Dawn, but I don't think they will on either of those nights! |

Friday night they held the $2 million race and One Famous Eagle by Mr Jess Perry took home the win and also brought home a nice check of $804,720 to his owner and trainer!  Saturday night was the biggest race of the year, the Champion of Champions, which decides the best QH of the year!! Blues Girl Too by Corona Cartel look home the easy win as well as broke a 30 year old track record that was held by Dash For Cash  Holy smokes this filly could fly!!!! She beat the best of the boys, brought home that nice title, and a nice chunk of change at just oh $500,000! Very exciting weekend of racing!  |
