I was so bummed to see this news. I had the good fortune to see her win a stakes at Del Mar as a 2 year old (the Sorrento, I think). I was standing on the rail and got a good look as she was led by. She was so stinking cute - bright eyed, head turned towards the crowd, ears up, tail up - I was in love! She won easily that day. And many other days. What a nice filly she was.
