Truely unbelieveable week!

I'm still spinning from this weeks races!

On sunday we ran three horses.
Watch and Wager won his race, Computer Gate ran second, Frazee's Folly won his race. Tonight Yankee Trail won and so did Dancer's Wish. Monday we ran Assumed Risk and I think he ran 7th. But he was supposed to run on the grass and they took the race off the grass to run on the dirt because it rained pretty hard that day. Aside form his race, this week has been unreal! I'm knocking wood and anything else I can tap on. We have two more races coming up, one on sunday (Hassledontheboarder) and one on monday (Galvanizer). It would be so awesome to finish out the week in the same way!

Ugh, I think I'm going to be sick.

Hassle was claimed from us tonight. I NEVER thought he'd get claimed, especially for 15k. I still can't believe it. He was a pet to us. My fiance's baby. Not only that, he was eased in our race tonight. Gawd I hope we can get him back somehow to retire him. He was supposed to be with us forever. My fiance lost his "baby" several years ago when he broke his leg. He swore he'd never get attached to another horse like that again....until Hassle came along. *sigh* Now I'll worry about him everyday.....

Oh no! I saw that the jockey eased him in the race. He was running really well and then just dropped right back. I hope he is okay and you can get him back.
